Injections are given on the day following your consultation with the Medical Prescriber.
A consultation form will be emailed to you from FACES CONSENT INFO within 24 hours of your appointment for you to complete – IF THIS HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED BY YOUR APPOINTMENT – THEN YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED – No refunds given.
